Be on high alert for phishing scams offering "attractive" deals via fake websites or social media. Scammers may impersonate buyers, real estate agents or government officials to obtain your online banking credentials, OTPs or card and ATM PINs, leading to unauthorised transactions, or ask you to transfer money or deposit for property visits. Never click on suspicious links or share your banking details. If you suspect a scam, file a police report immediately and call the Anti Online Scam Operation Center (AOC) Hotline 1441.
